Scott Dosek is a trial lawyer.  Since 1978 he has devoted his practice to the resolution of commercial disputes through jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and mediations.  Mr. Dosek’s representative clients span the spectrum of businesses and industries.  Predominant among the clients he has served are banks and financial institutions, corporate  directors and officers, public utility companies, manufacturers and members of America’s construction industry, including owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and industry trade associations.

His first chair trial experience includes dozens of jury trials tried to verdict, as well as literally hundreds of bench trials and administrative hearings.

Prior to joining GBM, Mr. Dosek served for twenty years as chair of the litigation practice for the Arizona office of an Omaha based national law firm, and another four years as Partner in Charge of the Arizona office of a Chicago based national law firm.

  • Representing a publicly traded company in a multimillion dollar claim for fraud, RICO, misrepresentation and breach of contract against one of the world’s largest, independent credit card issuers.
  • Defending, in a three week jury trial followed by an appeal, a member of the board of directors of a failed corporation against claims asserted by the company’s creditors.
  • Representing a major utility company in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases throughout Arizona.
